現地4月1日、テキサス州のヒューストンで開催されているNCAAファイナルフォーで、2023年のバスケットボールの殿堂入りメンバーが発表されました。殿堂入りしたメンバーは下記の通りです。
殿堂入りのセレモニーは2023年の8月11日(金)にモヒガン・サンで開催されるティップオフ・セレブレーションアワード・ガラからはじまり、8月12日(土)にマサチューセッツ州スプリングフィールドで開催されるシンフォニーホールで殿堂入りセレモニーが行われます。

バスケットボールが生まれた街、マサチューセッツ州スプリングフィールドにあるネイスミス・メモリアル・バスケットボール殿堂は、NBAのみならずアメリカ国内外の男女、アマチュア、プロ選手、コーチ、特別功労者の栄誉を讃えるための施設になっています。
博物館には400人以上の殿堂入り選手と様々なバスケットボールの歴史が展示されており、様々な展示を見学することでバスケットボールの歴史を振り返ることができます。
